Summary of info so far

She is not sure why she is here today although she knows her brother brought her in. She thinks he was worried because she did not want to go out to dinner with him. She explains she has been feeling a little down lately & hasn't been sleeping well. She is feeling a bit anxious but isn't sure why. She denies any chronic medical problems and has not had any recent illnesses or injuries. Her history is confirmed by her brother.  She admits to drinking alcohol but ‘only a couple of drinks a day’. She is unsure how much she had to drink today. Her brother interrupts to say that Ann ‘has always liked a drink’ but the family had not previously identified a problem.
