Screen for mood disorders

She says she has been feeling down since she was forced to retire early. She has had no suicidal thoughts.

Her SIGECAPS score is 5. 

She has had trouble sleeping since she was forced to retire. She has trouble getting to sleep, often taking over an hour to fall asleep. She's begun to take a nightcap to help get to sleep but it doesn't seem to make her feel more rested in the morning.

When you ask about her anxiety, she says, "I already told you that going out of the house makes me anxious. Don't you listen to my brother?"

She is frustrated with your further anxiety screen  and says "I don't know how to descibe it! I'm anxious. That's all I can say!
