FIFE the patient

You FIFE John and you find out that he is really frustrated with his back pain. It takes away the pleasure of working, but at times it is even so bad that he has to cancel his work and he loses some of his income. He thinks that there might be something really bad going on, because his father had colon cancer and an uncle of him had prostate cancer in his back and he died. John expects that you find out the cause for his back pain and that you can give hime something for his pain.
