You send John for an Xray at your local hospital. The same afternoon you look up the images yourself on the Alberta Netcare provincial electronic health record system.

To your knowledge the lumbar xray is normal.

The next day, you look up the report from the Radiologist on the Alberta Netcare: "some age-appropiate degenerative disc disease, otherwise normal."

Is there anything else you would want to do?
