Examination

He is a bit overweight, with a BMI of 34 and a poor waist/hip ratio. 

His vital signs are P80, BP140/92, SaO2 91%, T37.3.

His calf is not red but is a bit swollen, tense and mildly tender. His knee is also quite swollen and tender. He may have a Baker's cyst but it is hard to assess because he has quite chunky legs.
