Auscultation

You listen to her chest. You can hear no wheezes or crackles. She has adventital sounds during inspiration but not during expiration. Heart sounds are clear. She has no murmurs. You think you can hear air entry on both sides but she is quite buxom so you are not sure about your anterior chest findings.
