Joan is Worried

Joan, presents to your office to discuss her concerns about her son James, age 15.

You know James well but have not seen him recently.  Joan tells you that she is sure that James is using drugs.  She states that he has always been a good student but his grades have fallen significantly in the last 3 months.

He is irritable, refusing to do his usual chores and is not meeting his curfew on weekends.  He seems to be hanging out with a new group of friends although she has not met any of them.  She wants you to order a drug test to confirm her suspicion.
