What have you tried so far to help with this pain?

"You know, I tried the same as last time I saw you, doc. And it helps the pain, but I have still such a trouble walking! I just don't understand! My wife gave me her mother's walking stick, that is just ridiculous, I am not eighty years old, but I can't walk without it! You got to do something, doc!"
