No more tests

Your focussed physical exam only shows some pain on percussion and palpation of the lower spine and the paraspinal muscles. Flexion and extension are painful and limited. Neurological exam is normal, including a negative Straight leg raise/Laseque. Hip and neck exam are normal as well.

A focussed exam of the back can be done quickly. Every component of the PE doesn't mean a lot standing on its own, but the combination of the different components together will give you good sensitivity and specificity.
