How does the back pain affect your life and your work?

"I am a truck driver, doc. I am proud to be, I have seen so much of this land. I love to be on the road hoaling stuff. But the pain in my back really makes it dificult to enjoy it, you know. Short trips are ok, but the longer trips are hard because my back will be so sore I can hardly move."
