Acute labyrinthitis

This does not quite fit with her symptoms. There is usually tinnitus associated with this. 

Note also that the terms 'acute labyrinthitis' and 'acute vestibular neuronitis' are sometimes used interchangeably.  Technically, this is not quite correct.
